Susan Chappell (class of 1971), has compiled and edited an anthology entitled  Poems from Lockdown 2020-2021, and is selling it in aid of two charities supporting people affected by the Coronavirus pandemic.  The anthology comprises 50  poems by 17 writers living in Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire, together with 8 original illustrations  and an original cover painting, also the work of the writers.   The charities Susan has chosen to support are Young Minds (which supports young people’s mental health) , and Help Musicians Org.UK – Coronavirus Hardship Fund.  The price of the book is £8  (or £10 if posted), and for every copy sold a minimum of £5 will be donated to the charities.  Copies can be ordered by emailing Susan  at  susana.b@btinternet.com.
